In anticipation of the 2024/2025 season, Admiral and the Jamaica Premier League (JPL) unveiled a collection of iconic team kits that celebrate the vibrant spirit of Jamaican football. Designed by local artist Dwayne Jureidini, these jerseys embody the essence of each club, intricately weaving together their unique stories and cultural heritage.

A Fusion of Art and Sport.  The Admiral “What Makes Champions… What Makes The Jersey” project is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at immortalizing the captivating narratives of the JPL and its clubs. Set to revolutionize the league's visual identity, this project endeavors to craft bespoke player team kits for the top 6 JPL teams who have all won the JPL title.

Unveiled at Rum Fest.  The excitement kicked off at Rum Fest on July 18th, where the stage was set for an electrifying fashion show debut. Amidst the rhythms of Jamaican music, the new JPL team kits dazzled music festival goers on the big screen, celebrating Jamaican creativity and football prowess. 

Embracing Local Talent and Tradition. From design to distribution, every aspect of the Admiral JPL team kits is infused with Jamaican talent. Local models, photographers, videographers, and the dedicated Locker Room team are pivotal in bringing these jerseys to market, ensuring that each piece resonates deeply with Jamaican culture, they’re created by Jamaicans for Jamaicans.

Highlighting JPL's Legacy. As the premier football league in the Caribbean, the JPL boasts a rich history steeped in glory and competition. With 14 fiercely competitive clubs vying for glory, the JPL proudly holds the title of the Caribbean's best league and ranks 10th in CONCACAF. Clubs like current champions, Cavalier F.C., and former champions; Mount Pleasant F.A., Portmore United F.C., and Harbour View F.C. have etched their names in football lore, with jerseys that pay homage to their triumphs and traditions.

Taking Jamaican Football Global. Following its debut at Rum Fest, the Admiral JPL team kits will make waves internationally, making a special appearances throughout the Jamaican diaspora, uniting fans across borders.

The Cavaliers: The Cavaliers’ home kit draws inspiration from the club's logo, featuring an abstract halftone line pattern that evokes dynamism and strength. Seamlessly integrating with the club's black and white colors, it pays homage to their esteemed heritage while exuding a modern flair. The away kit features a flipped black and white design, symbolizing the club's relentless pursuit of excellence and dominance on the field.

Mount Pleasant F.A.: With blue symbolizing serenity and loyalty, Mount Pleasant's jerseys incorporate elements from local churches, reinforcing their bond with the community. The home kit exudes confidence with bold blue tones and an interlocking abstract pattern symbolizing unity and strength. The away kit mirrors this theme, highlighting the club’s emblem and embodying their relentless spirit.

Portmore United F.C.: The home kit features a vibrant zigzag motif inspired by the team’s iconic red and white stripe pattern. The away kit interprets the logo’s stripe pattern with a primal, animalistic design, reflecting resilience and unity on the field.

Harbour View F.C.: Harbour View FC’s home kit pays homage to their rich history with dominant golden yellow hues and royal blue accents. The star motif symbolizes success and their free-flowing style of play. The away kit features royal blue stripes on a white background, celebrating the club’s 50th anniversary with metallic gold accents and subtle star patterns.

Montego Bay FC: Inspired by Montego Bay’s scenic beauty and seaside atmosphere, the home kit features a dynamic palm tree design symbolizing resilience and growth. The away kit reflects the city's palm trees with an abstract pattern and the team’s nickname "MBU," adding a sense of identity and unity to the design.

Arnett Gardens FC: Arnett Gardens’ home kit sports a bold red and black color scheme with artistic expressions reflecting Junglist culture. Inspired by the club’s "Junglist" moniker and regal lion emblem, it embodies resilience and strength. The away kit, in pristine white, signifies the "concrete jungle" concept, symbolizing determination and community engagement.
