Participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be eligible for a prize.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway starts at 9:00 a.m. ET on November 11, 2024, at 11am EST and ends at 11 a.m. ET on November 27, 2024 (the "Giveaway Period").

3. Eligibility

To enter, you must be at least 21 years old and reside in the United States. Employees of the Admiral, and their affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and household residents, are not eligible. Admiral Sports is not responsible for issues with social media account creation.

4. How to Enter

Enter via Instagram by following the instructions on the Giveaway post. Ensure your account is set to public for valid entries. Limit: one (1) entry per person per platform.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries. The prize is one (1) Denzell Ensign T-shirt. Retail value: $25.00. The jersey will be chosen based on availability. Winners must comply with all terms and conditions to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within the specified time, a new winner may be selected.

6. Participation Limitations

Each person can only enter once per platform. The Giveaway is void where prohibited. Inappropriate or offensive entries are not eligible. Admiral Sports is not responsible for entry issues, including late or incomplete submissions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.

14. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions will still apply.
