Admiral Sports is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with MF10 Soccer Club.
“We’re very excited to be working with MF10 Soccer Club, which brings another UPSL club into the Admiral family,” Admiral Sports CEO Paul Hamburger stated. “Companies choose Admiral because of the value, factory direct pricing, and a custom kit that promotes the club brand. We also offer our clubs an online store and service that's personal from the owners of the business. Admiral has been innovating in the soccer market since 1914 and we continue to do so here in 2016 and beyond.”
MF10 Soccer Club stands for “Marco Fabian 10” Soccer Club, a creation of the Marco Fabian and Orbis Entertainment Group. The owner of MF10, Carmen Thomas, and Marco Fabian are close friends that set out to create an outlet for athletes and soccer fans in Southern Nevada. This outlet grew to something much more and in 2013 the Copa Orbis was held in Las Vegas to officially inaugurate the team. MF10’s lineup consisted of an All-Star team of Marco Fabian’s friends: Adolfo “Bofo” Bautista, Patricio “Pato” Araujo, and Jorge “Chaton” Enríquez.
“We hope that the partnership with Admiral will create something iconic and something memorable,” MF10 Soccer Club Vice President and Co-Owner Benjamin Thomas added. “When our players, family, and friends wear our jerseys to our games, we hope that they feel like a part of something much bigger. Admiral gives our team a cost-effective way to grow our brand while supporting a company that has a history of partnerships with grassroots soccer in the U.S.”
MF10 regularly competes in regional tournaments in California, Nevada, and Arizona as well as participating in the U.S. Open Cup. They currently compete in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) and just ended their regular season undefeated in the Nevada Conference.
MF10 is family owned and operated. Carmen Thomas and her two sons, Benjamin and Andrew, own and run the club. Benjamin and Andrew enjoyed soccer careers abroad. Benjamin played at Pumas UNAM and Cruz Azul before he and Andrew both left for CA Lanus in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
MF10 Soccer Club acts primarily as a pro development team. Their focus is to prepare players for careers as professional athletes.
“I was familiar with Admiral because they sponsored a local youth club when I was growing up,” Benjamin Thomas concluded. “As I got older, I started to see what an impact they were having on local soccer teams not only in Southern Nevada, but also around the United States. Admiral just seemed like the right choice for our club.”
Admiral is a legendary brand, having been worn by some of the biggest names in the sporting world. The England National Team, Manchester United, and the New York Cosmos are just some of the clubs that once donned Admiral. In fact, Admiral has supplied most of the current EPL teams in addition to being the largest brand in the original NASL. The company, a pioneering brand in the truest sense, was recently the subject of an ITV documentary called Get Shirty.
Today Admiral is a major player in the North American and international markets. The company is one of the largest soccer brands supplying professional teams in the U.S. in addition to supplying some of the top clubs and academies in Canada.
Admiral has also become very involved in the soccer accessories market, providing innovative products to their customers. Admiral currently offers a wide range of accessories, including goals, bags, balls, goalkeeper gloves, referee supplies, and training equipment.
