Admiral to be the Official Teamwear Supplier of the Cleveland Freeze
Cleveland, OH – October 6, 2013 – The Cleveland Freeze announced today that Admiral, an Official Partner for the Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL), will become the Official Team-wear Supplier of the Cleveland Freeze. The Freeze will join the Admiral brand which includes other PASL teams such as the Las Vegas Legends, Dallas Sidekicks, and the Wichita B-52s.
“Admiral is supplying most PASL teams with custom team uniforms and fan wear,” said the President of Admiral Sports, Paul Hamburger, “We have a range of team-wear which pro and amateur teams can choose from and also design kits to any specification and volume. We produce the team kit and the club’s fan merchandise too; we even set up and run the teams online retail store.”
Scott Snider, President and General Manager of the Cleveland Freeze explained, “We did a thorough review of many team-wear providers and Admiral’s customer service and professionalism stood out. Paul Hamburger and his team responded quickly to us, worked with our needs, followed up with us frequently and designed custom uniforms for our organization. Overall not only did we feel welcomed and wanted, Admiral believes in many of the same pillars our organization was founded on.”
| Admiral, founded in 1914, is the world’s oldest British soccer brand and has previously supplied uniforms for the England national soccer team, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur. The brand also has a long running history in the United States having supplied uniforms for the NASL and MISL. Cleveland has a rich history in professional indoor soccer with Admiral being a part of it. The Cleveland Force, member of the original Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) in the late 70’s and early 80’s was an Admiral team. Also in Cleveland, Admiral outfits the premier outdoor team AFC Cleveland a part of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL). “Admiral knows Cleveland and that’s important to us. They have done great work with other Cleveland organizations and have designed a very unique custom kit for the Freeze.” Snider commented. “We look forward to launching our online store as well with Admiral as they have various fan wear options which I think our fans will enjoy.”
