Bronil Koochoie is a globetrotter, but not of the Harlem variety. Rather he is a soccer globetrotter, someone who travels the world in pursuit of playing the game at its highest level. And what a journey it has been been for the Tehran, Iran native.
From California to Sweden to Thailand and Iran and everywhere in between, Koochoie has been getting the job done. Now a pro with the Las Vegas Legends of the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL), he admits it has been a long and winding journey.
Admiral Partners with the UPSL

FORMER LA GALAXY FORWARD MAKES SPLASH WITH MASL’S ONTARIO FURY
Israel Sesay has experienced more at the professional level at the age of 24 than most players and coaches experience in a lifetime. The Sierra Leone native began his soccer journey as one of the youngest players in MLS history with the LA Galaxy.
“Making my MLS debut is something I will never forget,” Sesay recalled. “Playing for the Galaxy was a good experience and I learned a lot. It made me who I am today.”

Former MLS star takes NASL by storm
“I love being in Tampa. I would be happy to be here for years.”
Those are the words of Tampa Bay Rowdies defender Blake Wagner, arguably one of the top players in all of the NASL.
It’s been a long journey for the 26-year-old who found his way to the NASL after playing with three MLS teams. He would spend time with fellow NASL side San Antonio Scorpions before signing with the Rowdies on Dec. 30, 2013.

“Iowa isn’t exactly a hotbed for youth soccer,” Lance Rozeboom said jokingly.
Yet Iowa produced one of the all-time greats for the University of New Mexico and one of the brightest stars in all of USL PRO. So they must be doing something right. Rozeboom excelled in the youth game there and eventually became a key prospect coming out of the ODP program.
