On a hot and humid June night in St. Petersburg, Fla., Minnesota United FC were crowned North American Soccer League Spring Season Champions.

On June 10, USL PRO announced the addition of the Austin Aztex as its 18th franchise, continuing the league’s dramatic growth throughout the central and southwest United States. Joining Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC, Louisville City FC, Saint Louis FC and Tulsa Roughnecks FC, Austin will debut in USL PRO for the 2015 season.

Minnesota United FC was awarded the NASL Spring Season Champion Trophy in a presentation ceremony June 10th. Team President Nick Rogers, Head Coach Manny Lagos, and United Defender Justin Davis accepted the trophy on behalf of the entire Minnesota United FC.
