Order Statuses

If you have an account, you can review your Order History here , or, if you know the order number, you can review its status here.

To better understand the status of your order you may use the following information:

Pending

Your order was received and entered our systems. Order Payment is being reviewed.

Processing

Your order was received and entered our systems and payment was confirmed.

Depending on when your order was received, it is moved to   IN QUEUE within 5 days of the store deadline.

Canceled/Closed

Your Order was canceled or refunded and closed because it does not require to be fullfilled.

In Queue

Your Order is in queue ready to be produced.

This typically means that your order will be moved to   IN PRODUCTION within 5 days.

In Production

Your Order is held in production Area, ready to be produced.

Depending upon whether you are ordering for NON-PEAK or PEAK periods, manufacturing takes approximately 30 - 37 days for custom sublimated items.

Embarked

Your Order was shipped to our distribution center in USA.

Once received in our Distribution Center, we'll ship your order to your address (or club address, when apply).

Shipped

Your order was shipped to final destination. This could either be your home address, or your club's address (as defined by your club).

Complete

Your Order was delivered.
