Returning New Items
All the products we sell are selected by players and coaches, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier; we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 15 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. We ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE in appreciation of your business with us.
Please remember to completely fill out the returns section of the invoice you received with your package and ship your return package either UPS or insured U.S. Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. There are no returns allowed on customized items, or with opened packaging.
Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (latex foam, performance fabrics, etc). It is our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects for apparel, guards & gloves will be evident in the first 45 - 60 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item 60 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund. Special Note – GK Gloves are made from the best available materials for the function of performing as a goal keeper. If a foam material has been damaged during play, TASG Holding LTD. cannot be responsible for marinating foam. If left in very dry and hot conditions or dried any other way not conducive to protecting the natural foam, TASG Holding LTD. cannot warrantee this.
An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders
We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. One of the ways that we ensure that is through providing you with detailed information on an item's fit and construction before you buy it. Our goal is to help so that you can make the correct decision on what particular size you should order. If you are unsure about your size, simply use your measurements and compare them to the sizing charts that we provide to determine the correct size.
Our sizing charts will give you a good idea of the size to order, but be sure to read the special sizing information that may accompany the item description. Some merchandise dimensions may vary from the averages in the charts as well.
Please note: customization adds up to 28 business days to the shipping time of your order, regardless of which shipping method you choose. No returns are accepted for customized items.
