Do I get refunded on returns?

Stock non embellished items, yes. We will not accept returns for cash. However, we will be happy to exchange your non custom, non-embellished items or apply the credit towards a future purchase. On exchanges, the customer must pay all freight charges. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and recover costs billed to us in the event that you refuse a shipment. ALL import charges are non-refundable.
